How to order workplace fruit with Bon.

We like to keep things simple!

Fill out a quotation form, letting us know what fruit you are interested in ordering and how frequently you want a delivery.

We will send a quotation for you to consider and If you would like to go ahead, we will agree a start date for your first delivery.

How to pay for your office fruit

We invoice at the end of each calendar month for fruit delivered within that month with payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card. If you prefer an automated system, we can provide a weekly subscription option powered by Stripe.

Delivery and Packaging

Delivery is free of charge on a Monday and/or Wednesday morning. Depending on your postcode this may be a doorstep drop (just like the milkman) or an early morning drop, before 10am. Fruit is delivered in recycled fruit boxes. We are happy to collect and re-use boxes or for you to dispose of within your recycling programme.

On bank holiday weeks, delivery days move forward to a Tuesday and Thursday.

How can I change my order?

We provide a contract free service so you can pause, change or cancel your order at any time. Please email hi@bonfruit.co.uk with any requests or changes, allowing 24 hours notice.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of fruit received please contact us and we will offer replacement produce or a refund.
